| Abstract: | Cílem práce je zhodnotit dopady demografických změn na trhy práce. V této práci se jako součást smíšeného přístupu používá přehled předchozích výzkumů, teoretický rámec a analýza případových studií. Tento přístup umožňuje sběr existujících vědomostí z dříve publikovaných výzkumů a následné vyvozování závěrů prostřednictvím analýzy dat i analýzy případových studií. Tato práce proto nabízí popis a teoretický rámec globálních demografických trendů se zvláštním zřetelem k mezinárodní migraci a stárnutí populace a jejich dopadů na trhy práce dvou jednotlivých zemí. Splnění cílu práce je zrealizováno pomocí příkladů Lucemburského velkovévodství a Moldavské republiky – dvě země jako protipóly dopadů demografických trendů na jejich trhy práce. |

| Abstract: | The purpose of the thesis is to assess the implications of demographic change on labour markets. A research review, theoretical framework, and case study analysis are used as part of a mixed-methods approach in this work. This approach allows for the collection of existing information from previously published research and the subsequent drawing of conclusions through data analysis as well as case study analysis. This thesis, therefore, offers a description and theoretical framework of global demographic trends, with particular reference to international migration and population ageing and their impact on countries' labour markets. This is illustrated using the examples of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and the Republic of Moldova. |
