| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou a zdaněním konopí. V první části se práce zaměřuje na problematiku užívání konopí v České republice a výrobky zatíženými spotřební daní. Ve druhé části je analyzována legalizace a zdanění konopí v zahraničí. Následně je zdanění konopí jednotlivých států komparativně porovnáno. Poslední část je zaměřena na návrh variant zdanění konopí v České republice. |

| Abstract: | The Master's thesis deals with the issue and taxation of cannabis. The first part of the thesis focuses on the use of cannabis in the Czech Republic and the products subject to excise duty. The second part analyses the legalisation and taxation of cannabis abroad. Subsequently, the taxation of cannabis in each country is compared comparatively. The last part focuses on the proposal of options for the taxation of cannabis in the Czech Republic. |
