| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce si klade za cíl porovnat nezaměstnanost a účinnost vybraných nástrojů aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti v Kraji Vysočina a v Moravskoslezském kraji v období 2012-2022. Vybranými nástroji jsou rekvalifikace, veřejně prospěšné práce a investiční pobídky. Teoretická část vymezuje metodou odborné literární rešerše základní pojmy trhu práce, nezaměstnanosti a státní politiky zaměstnanosti. Praktická část charakterizuje oba kraje podle socioekonomické a následně se práce zaměřuje na nezaměstnanost a vybrané nástroje aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti v obou krajích. V praktické části je využita metoda analýzy a komparace. Dle výsledků analýzy docházelo v obou krajích k poklesu nezaměstnanosti a velký podíl na tom měla aktivní politika zaměstnanosti. V Moravskoslezským kraji měla APZ, s malým rozdílem, vyšší účinnost na nezaměstnanost než v Kraji Vysočina. Nejvíce efektivním vybraným nástrojem, co se týče výdajů na jednu podpořenou osobu, byly rekvalifikace. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis aims to compare unemployment and the effectiveness of selected active employment policy instruments in the Vysočina Region and the Moravian-Silesian Region in the period 2012-2022. The selected instruments are retraining, public works and investment incentives. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the basic concepts of the labour market, unemployment and state employment policy are defined using the method of literature search. At the beginning of the practical part, both regions are characterized according to their socio-economic situation and then the thesis focuses on unemployment and selected instruments of active employment policy in both regions. The practical part uses the method of analysis and comparison. According to the results of the analysis, unemployment has been decreasing in both regions and active employment policy has had a great contribution to this. In the Moravian-Silesian Region, the ALMP was, with a small difference, more effective on unemployment than in the Vysočina Region. The most effective instrument selected in terms of expenditure per supported person was retraining. |
