| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá kariérními cestami koučů. Hlavním cílem práce je analyzování kariérní cesty vybraného vzorku koučů působících v současné době na českém a slovenském trhu, a to na základě kvalitativního výzkumu s vedlejšími cíli, které se zaměřovaly na uvědomované motivy koučů pro výběr kariéry v oblasti koučování, na zachycení zlomových bodů v kariéře vybraných koučů a na formulaci doporučení pro začínající kouče. Teoretická část obsahuje témata jako koučování, motivace a kariéra a tvoří tak základ pro praktickou část. Podklady pro teoretickou část jsou získány zejména ze zahraniční odborné literatury. Metodologická část obsahuje formulaci výzkumných otázek, popis samotného kvalitativního výzkumu a jeho metod a je zde přiblížen i výzkumný vzorek. Praktická část je věnována samotnému výzkumu a jeho realizaci, je zde obsažena i analýza dat a následná interpretace výsledků. Výsledky jsou interpretovány v návaznosti na teoretický základ. Výsledky mapují kariérní cesty vybraných koučů a měly by pomoci začínajícím koučům k co nejúspěšnějšímu startu jejich podnikání v této oblasti. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis focuses on career paths of coaches. The main goal is to analyse the career path of a selected sample of coaches currently operating on the Czech and Slovak market and based on qualitative research. with secondary goals that focused on the perceived motives of coaches for choosing a career in the field of coaching, to capture challenging points in the career of selected coaches and on the formulation of recommendations for beginning coaches. The theoretical part includes topics such as coaching, motivation and career and thus forms the basis for the practical part. The materials for the theoretical part are mainly obtained from foreign professional literature. The methodological part contains the formulation of research questions, a description of the qualitative research itself and its methods, and the research sample is described here. The practical part is dedicated to the research itself and its implementation, it also includes data analysis and the results interpretation. The results are interpreted considering the literature. The results map the career paths of coaches and should help beginning coaches to start their business in this area as successfully as possible. |
