| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou reportingu o udržitelnosti českých bank, konkrétně České spořitelny, Monety a Komerční banky, které spojuje vydávání samostatné zprávy o udržitelnosti a vykazování nefinančních informací podle standardizace GRI. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit pomocí kvantitativní a kvalitativní analýzy zveřejněné informace o udržitelnosti vzhledem ke standardizaci a jejím požadavkům. Předmětem analýzy jsou reporty České spořitelny a Komerční banky za období 2019-2021, respektive reporty Monety 2017-2021. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis is focused on analysis of sustainability reporting of czech banks, specifically Česká spořitelna, Moneta and Komerční banka, which are related by issuing of a separate sustainability report and reporting non-financial information according to GRI standards. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate published sustainability information with regard to standardization and its requirements by qualitative and quantitative analysis. The subject of the analysis are reports of Česká spořitelna and Komerční banka for years 2019-2021 and reports of Moneta for years 2017-2021. |
