| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vedení mzdové a personální agendy v České republice. Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat, jak funguje proces od příjmu zaměstnance zaměstnavatelem až po ukončení jejich pracovního vztahu. Práce se také lehce zaměřuje na popis situace, kdy je zaměstnanec v exekuci či insolvenci, včetně legitimních požadavků a povinností zaměstnavatele. Výstupem práce je ukázat postup a řešení v různých okolnostech a jak se efektivně a kvalitně k situaci postavit. Práce obsahuje ukázky výpočtu čisté mzdy a výpočtu srážek exekucí neboli konkrétní aplikaci teoretických konceptů uvedených v práci. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the management of payroll and personnel agenda in the Czech Republic. The aim of this thesis is to describe the process from hiring an employee by the employer to the termination of their employment relationship. The thesis also focuses slightly on the description of the situation when the employee is in enforcement or insolvency, including the legitimate requirements and obligations of the employer. The output of this bachelor thesis is to show the procedures and solutions in various circumstances and how to approach the situation effectively and efficiently. The thesis contains examples of the calculation of net wages and the calculation of deductions for foreclosures where specific theoretical concepts are applied, which are presented in the thesis. |
