| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá otázkami uprchlictví z Ukrajiny v kontextu vojenského konfliktu na Ukrajině v roce 2022. Cílem práce bylo zmapovat zásadní otázky uprchlictví s akcentem na dění v roce 2022, zmapovat podstatné formy pomoci ukrajinským uprchlíkům ze strany státu i nevládních organizací a zodpovědět otázky lidského kapitálu a diskriminace. Nejpodstatnější zjištění z praktické části jsou ta, že kvalifikační potenciál ukrajinských uprchlíků byl v roce 2022 v České republice využíván pouze na 38 % s tím, že pokud by došlo ke snížení nezaměstnanosti k nule, bylo by využití potenciálu na úrovni 70 %. Tento stav snižuje množství finančních prostředků, které uprchlíci získají jako odměnu za svoji práci o více než 37 miliard korun ročně. Další podstatné zjištění je to, že diskriminace ve mzdách ukrajinských uprchlíků na konci roku 2022 dosahovala, přepočtena na parametry celého kalendářního roku, necelých 9 milionů korun. Výše odvodu z konzumace piva ukrajinskými uprchlíky dosáhla podle výpočtů částky přesahující 18 milionů korun. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor‘s thesis deals with issues of refugeeism from Ukraine in the context of the military conflict in Ukraine in 2022. The aim of the thesis was to identify the fundamental issues of refugeeism with an focus on the events in 2022, to identify the essential forms of assistance to Ukrainian refugees by the state and NGOs, and to answer questions of human capital and discrimination. The most significant findings from the practical part are that the skill potential of Ukrainian refugees was only 35 % applied in 2022, with a potential utilization rate of 69 % if unemployment were reduced to zero. This situation reduces the amount of money that refugees receive as a reward for their work by more than 44 billion CZK per year. Another significant finding is that the wage discrimination of Ukrainian refugees at the end of 2022 amounted, converted to the parameters of a full calendar year, to less than 9 million crowns. The amount of the levy on beer consumption by Ukrainian refugees is in excess of 18 million crowns. |
