| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá efektem nadměrné sebedůvěry. Hlavním cílem je porovnat vybrané intervence, které mohou tento efekt ovlivňovat, a zjistit, do jaké míry tak činí. V této práci je nejprve definován fenomén zvaný efekt nadměrné sebedůvěry včetně jeho složek a způsobů, jak se dá eliminovat. V praktické části je popsán experiment, kde je na základě dvou intervencí zkoumáno, jestli pozitivně ovlivní efekt nadměrné sebedůvěry. Tyto experimentální skupiny jsou porovnány se skupinou kontrolní, na kterou žádná intervence nebyla použita. Z výsledků vyplývá, že ani jedna z použitých intervencí neměla signifikantní vliv na změnu zkoumaného efektu. Dále jsou uvedeny limity práce, kterými můžou být například nereprezentativní soubor otázek, malý počet respondentů nebo zvolený způsob vyhodnocení dat. Závěrem jsou uvedeny i návrhy pro budoucí výzkumy, které by mohly na tuto práci navázat. Tyto doporučení se týkají například kvalitnějšího souboru otázek nebo zvýšení motivace respondentů. |

| Abstract: | This master’s thesis focuses on the effect of overconfidence. The main goal is to compare selected interventions that can influence this effect and to find out to what extent they do so. In this thesis, the phenomenon called the effect of overconfidence is defined, including its elements and the ways in which it can be eliminated. In the practical part, an experiment is described where two interventions are used. It investigates whether these interventions will positively affect the effect of overconfidence. These experimental groups are compared with a control group on which no intervention was applied. The results show that none of the used interventions had a significant effect on the change of the investigated effect. The limits of this thesis are also mentioned. It can be, for example, a non-representative set of questions, a small number of respondents or the chosen method of data evaluation. Lastly, suggestions for future research that could follow on from this work are presented. These recommendations concern, for example, a better set of questions or increasing the motivation of respondents. |
