| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce pojednává o spolupráci mezi start-upy a mentory. Cílem práce je analyzovat spolupráci a komunikaci mezi start-upem a mentorem prostřednictvím nástroje mentoringu. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy jako základ pro realizaci praktické části a také jsou zde shrnuty dosavadní poznatky o oblasti mentoringu a tvorbě podnikatelského plánu jako základního nástroje pro monitoring jednotlivých oblastí start-upu. Praktická část vychází z metod kvalitativních výzkumů, a to konkrétně hloubkových rozhovorů. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the collaboration between start-ups and mentors. The aim of this work is to analyze the cooperation and communication between the start-up and the mentor through the mentoring tool. In the theoretical part, concepts are explained as a basis for the implementation of the practical part, and there are also summarized findings about the field of mentoring and the creation of a business plan as a basic tool for monitoring individual areas of the start-up. The practical part is based on qualitative research methods, specifically in- depth interviews. |
