| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je porovnat a vyhodnotit rozdíly, které vznikají účetním jednotkám při vykazování leasingu podle české legislativy a mezinárodních účetních standardů (IFRS). V první části práce je pozornost věnována charakteristice leasingu a jeho úpravám v pojetí obou typů standardů - České legislativy a Mezinárodních účetních standardů. V druhé části se práce věnuje porovnávání rozdílů při leasingu na konkrétních příkladech dvou společností. V závěrečné části jsou poskytnuty vypozorované výsledné rozdíly v standardech a jejich zhodnocení. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find, compare and evaluate the differences arising in the reporting of leases under Czech legislation and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). In the first part of the thesis attention is paid to the characteristics of lease and its modifications in the concept of both types of standards – Czech legislation and International Financial Reporting Standards. In the second part of the thesis, the differences in lease are compared on specific examples of two companies. In the final part, the observed resulting differences in the standards and their evaluation are provided. |
