| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou hypotečních úvěrů a porovnáním v různých zemích. V první části se bakalářská práce zaměřuje na historii hypotečních úvěrů a co to vlastně hypoteční úvěr jako takový je. Soustředí se na různé druhy hypotečních úvěrů a jaké jsou mezi nimi rozdíly. V druhé části rozebírá pojmy, které jsou neodlučitelné od hypotečních úvěrů a bez jejich vysvětlení by bylo složité problematiku hypotečních úvěrů pochopit. Další část práce se věnuje rozboru hypotečního trhu v ČR a bankám, které mají největší podíl na trhu u nás a nabídce jednotlivých bank. V stejné smyslu je rozebírán hypoteční trh vybraných zemí. Finální část práce porovnává nabídku vybraných zemí s ČR. |

| Abstract: | My bachelor’s thesis focuses on the issue of mortgage loans and comparisons in different countires. In the first part the bachelor’s thesis focuses on the history of mortgages and what a mortgage loan actually is. It will focus on different types of mortgage loans and what are the differences between them. In the second part the bachelor’s thesis discusses concepts that are inseparable from mortgage loans and without their explanation it would be difficult to understand the issue of loans. The next part of the work is devoted to the analysis of the mortgage market in the Czech Republic and the banks that have the majority of the market share in our country and the offer of individual banks. In the same sense, the mortgage market of selected countries is analyzed. The final part of the thesis compares the offer of selected countries with the Czech Republic. |
