| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na účetní specifikace pronajímaných nemovitostí, a to jak z pohledu IFRS, tak z pohledu Českých účetních předpisů. Celá práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první části jsou obecně popsány Mezinárodní standardy účetního výkaznictví a České účetní předpisy, podstata investování do nemovitostí a jejich účetní zachycení, dále evidence nemovitostí z pohledu nájemce a pronajímatele v rámci leasingu. Druhá část je věnována ilustrativnímu příkladu, jehož cílem bude komparace účetních pravidel zmíněných v teoretické části. |

| Abstract: | This Bachelor's thesis is focused on accounting specifications of leased properties, both from the perspective of IFRS and Czech accounting system. The whole thesis is divided into two parts. The first part generaly describes the International Financial Reporting Standards and the Czech accounting system, the essence of investment in properties and its accounting recognition, as well as the records of properties from the perspective of the lessee and lessor within the lease. The second part is devoted to an example, the aim of which will be to compare accounting rules mentioned in the theoretical part. |
