| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je srovnat příjmy pojistného a náklady na zdravotní péči cizinců, kteří jsou závislí na komerční pojištění, s potenciální výší po integraci do veřejného zdravotního pojištění. Práce se nejdřív věnuje charakteristikám zdravotních systémů. Další část se zaměří na účast na veřejném zdravotní pojištění, stanovení pojistného, znaky komerčního pojištění a jeho současný stav v ČR. K dosažení cíle práce je proveden odhad počtu cizinců, na které se vztahuje povinnost sjednat komerční pojištění, a vyčíslení potenciálních příjmů a nákladů na zdravotní péči těchto cizinců v systému veřejného zdravotního pojištění. V souladu s provedeným výzkumem lze říct, že z pohledu pojištěného je veřejné zdravotní pojištění ekonomicky výhodnější než komerční. Čerpají-li cizinci zdravotní péči stejně jako občané ČR, je pro stát nevýhodné začlenit komerčně pojištěné cizince do veřejného zdravotního pojištění. |

| Abstract: | The main goal of this bachelor's thesis is to compare the premium income and health care costs of foreigners who are dependent on commercial insurance with the potential amount after integration into public health insurance. The work first focuses on the characteristics of health systems. The next part will focus on participation in public health insurance, determination of premiums, features of commercial insurance and its current status in the Czech Republic. To achieve the goal of the work, an estimate of the number of foreigners subject to the obligation to take out commercial insurance is made, and the potential income and costs of health care of these foreigners in the public health insurance system are calculated. In accordance with the conducted research, it can be said that from the point of view of the insured, public health insurance is economically more advantageous than commercial. If foreigners receive health care in the same way as citizens of the Czech Republic, it is disadvantageous for the state to include commercially insured foreigners in public health insurance. |
