| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je podrobné zmapování hodnotového zaměření dvou poboček Decathlonu očima jejích zaměstnanců. Součástí je i zmapování hodnot samotných zaměstnanců. Metodologická část je založena na kvantitativní metodě. Sběr dat probíhal na základě dotazníku, který byl v souladu se Schwartzovou teorií hodnot a Schwartzovým dotazníkem hodnotových portrétů (PVQ). V následné analýze výsledků bylo využito středních hodnot a korelace prostřednictvím Pearsonova korelačního koeficientu. Práce porovnává nejen shodné a rozdílné prvky mezi hodnotami organizace a zaměstnanců, ale porovnává i výsledky analýzy mezi oběma pobočkami Decathlonu v rámci několika proměnných. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to map in detail the value orientation of two Decathlon branches through the eyes of its employees. It also includes a mapping of the values of the employees themselves. The methodological part is based on a quantitative method. Data collection was based on a questionnaire that was in line with Schwartz's theory of values and Schwartz's value portrait questionnaire (PVQ). In the subsequent analysis of the results, means and correlation through Pearson's correlation coefficient were used. The paper not only compares the congruent and divergent elements between employee and organisational values, but also compares the results of the analysis between the two Decathlon branches across several variables. |
