| Abstract: | V dnešní době počet startupů neustále roste, což je zajímavé, protože ne každý startup je úspěšný. Cílem této práce je analýza klíčových faktorů úspěchu 7 ukrajinských startupů. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. První část je zaměřena na teorii, ve které autorka vysvětlí, co je startup, které druhy a fáze má, různé formy financovaní a klíčové ukazatele. Druhá část bude praktická, kde autorka na základě kvalitativní metody a pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s majiteli a manažery daných startupů bude analyzovat ukazatele úspěchu během válečného stavu. Tato práce má za úkol zjistit klíčové faktory úspěchu ukrajinských startupů, potom na základě získaných informací stanovit doporučení pro podporující instituce a budoucí startupy. |

| Abstract: | Nowadays, the number of startups is constantly growing, which is interesting because not every startup is successful. The aim of the given work is to analyze the key success factors of 7 Ukrainian startups. The thesis consists of two parts. In the first part, the theory will be considered, in which the author will explain what a startup is, which types and stages it has, different forms of funding and key indicators. The second part will be practical, where the author, based on a qualitative method using semi-structured interviews with the owners and managers of the startup in question, will analyze the indicators of success during the state of war. This thesis aims to find out the key success factors of Ukrainian startups, then based on the obtained information to determine recommendations for supporting institutions and future startups. |
