| Abstract: | Corruption is a long-standing problem in our societies, having a major impact on society, individuals and businesses. Anti-corruption policies are therefore essential to mitigate its impact. This thesis focuses on how SMEs, which often lack experience and processes, can implement effective and efficient anti-corruption policies. Using questionnaires, interviews and case studies, the thesis gathers data to understand, analyse and propose strategies and lines of thinking for the effective implementation of these policies. |

| Abstract: | Korupce je v naší společnosti dlouhodobým problémem, který má velký dopad na společnost, jednotlivce i podniky. Protikorupční politiky jsou proto nezbytné pro zmírnění jejího dopadu. Tato práce se zaměřuje na to, jak mohou malé a střední podniky, které často nemají dostatek zkušeností a postupů, zavést účinnou a efektivní protikorupční politiku. Pomocí dotazníků, rozhovorů a případových studií práce shromažďuje údaje pro pochopení, analýzu a návrh strategií a směrů uvažování pro efektivní provádění těchto politik. |
