| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá námořními aliancemi a jejich postavení v globální logistice. Poskytuje vhled na uspořádání trhu námořní dopravy. Práce se věnuje především dominantnímu postavení těchto subjektů, s důrazem na vývoj trhu, vlivu na stakeholdery a nezávislé subjekty. V neposlední řadě je práce zaměřena na právní výjimky, které umožňují námořním aliancím na trhu v této podobě operovat. Cílem této práce je poukázat na vliv dominantního postavení námořních aliancí na trhu námořní dopravy. Byla stanovená výzkumná otázka „Je existence námořních aliancí vhodným prvkem námořní dopravy?“. Práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První dvě kapitoly poskytují základní teoretický rámec o námořní dopravě a uspořádání trhu v podobě námořních aliancí. Třetí kapitola analyzuje poznatky popsané v první a druhé kapitole. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with maritime alliances and their position in global logistics. It provides insights into the organisation of the maritime market. In particular, the thesis focuses on the dominant position of these entities, with an emphasis on the market development, the impact on stakeholders and independents. Last but not least, the thesis focuses on the legal exemptions that allow maritime alliances to operate in the market in this form. The aim of this thesis is to highlight the impact of the dominance of maritime alliances in the maritime market. The research question "Is the existence of maritime alliances an appropriate feature of maritime transport?" was set. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first two chapters provide a basic theoretical framework on maritime transport and market in the form of maritime alliances. The third chapter analyses the findings described in the first and second chapter. |
