| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je provedení analýzy trhu personálních náborových systémů v České republice. V rámci teoretické části práce budou shrnuty jednotlivé oblasti personálního řízení a možnosti využití personálních systémů pro jejich zefektivnění. Následně se práce zaměří detailně na náborové personální systémy (Applicant Tracking Systems – ATS). V rámci praktické části práce bude proveden kvalitativní výzkum. Nejprve budou metodou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru získány od referenčních zákazníků klíčové požadavky na ATS, díky kterým bude posléze definován jednotný scénář testování demoverzí ATS. Poté proběhne samotná analýza ATS metodou simulace se standardizovaným průběhem testování. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis is to analyze the market of recruitment systems in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of the thesis will summarize various aspects of personnel management and explore the potential use of HR information systems to enhance effectiveness. Subsequently, the thesis will focus in detail on recruitment information systems (Applicant Tracking Systems – ATS). In the practical part of the thesis, qualitative research will be conducted. Initially, key requirements for ATS will be gathered from reference customers using a semi-structured interview method. These requirements will then be used to define a standardized testing scenario for evaluating ATS demos. Finally, the analysis of the ATS will be conducted using a simulation method with a standardized test procedure. |
