| Abstract: | Tématem této diplomové práce je návrh reportingového řešení pro účely sledování kapacit oddělení vývoje prototypů a jeho následná implementace. Hlavním cílem práce je poskytnout oddělení vývoje prototypů přehled o vytíženosti kapacity jejich vývojářů, srovnání plánovaných a skutečných kapacit, finanční přehled o rozúčtování na jednotlivé projekty. V první části práce je popsán business kontext a zadání projektu. Druhá část obsahuje analýzu a stanovení požadavků a výsledné řešení. Dále je součástí práce návrh řešení a technologický postup při tvorbě řešení. Poslední část obsahuje implementaci navrženého řešení dle stanoveného postupu. Výsledné řešení je uvedeno do pilotního režimu v oddělení vývoje prototypů. |

| Abstract: | The topic of this thesis is the design of a reporting solution for the purpose of monitoring the capacity of the prototype development department and its subsequent implementation. The main objective of the thesis is to provide the prototype development department with an overview of the capacity utilization of their developers, a comparison of planned and actual capacities, and a financial overview of the allocation to individual projects. The first part of the thesis describes the business context and the project brief. The second part contains the analysis and determination of the requirements and the resulting solution. Furthermore, the thesis includes the design of the solution and the technological procedure for creating the solution. The last part contains the implementation of the proposed solution according to the established procedure. The resulting solution is put into pilot mode in the prototype development department. |
