| Abstract: | Diplomová práce má za cíl prozkoumání, poskytnutí přehledu a analýzu existujících a teoretických konceptů využití decentralizovaných technologií v bankovnictví a finančním sektoru. Jedním z dílčích cílů je identifikace a představení současných a připravovaných projektů, které tyto inovativní technologie využívají. Dalším cílem je vyhodnocení adopce decentralizovaných technologií, celkového významu a smysluplnosti jejich využití v praxi. Posledním dílčím cílem je potom posouzení možného budoucího vývoje a dopadů decentralizovaných technologií v bankovnictví a finančním sektoru. Posouzení reflektuje současný stav a očekávání expertů v oboru a celkově tato práce představuje komplexní kvalitativní studii využití decentralizovaných technologií v oblasti bankovnictví a finančního sektoru a může sloužit jako cenný zdroj informací pro akademiky a pro profesionály v bankovním a finančním sektoru. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis aims to explore, provide an overview and analyse existing and theoretical concepts of the use of decentralized technologies in banking and the financial sector. One of the sub-goals is the identification and presentation of current and upcoming projects that use these innovative technologies. Another goal is to evaluate the adoption of decentralized technologies, the overall importance and meaningfulness of their use in practice. The last sub-goal is then an assessment of possible future developments and impacts of decentralized technologies in banking and the financial sector. The assessment reflects the current state and expectations of experts in the field and overall, this work represents a comprehensive qualitative study of the use of decentralized technologies in the banking and financial sector and can serve as a valuable source of information for academics and for professionals in the banking and financial sector. |
