| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá návrhem a implementací Business Intelligence (BI) řešení pro společnost působící v automobilovém průmyslu, s důrazem na vizualizaci dat v mapách. Práce seznamuje s oblastí podnikání klienta v automobilovém průmyslu, identifikuje specifické problémy a požadavky klienta, analyzuje současný stav a následně navrhuje efektivní řešení a představuje jeho implementaci. Metody práce vycházejí zejména z postupů návrhu a implementace datových skladů podle Ralpha Kimballa. Výsledkem této práce je nový report, který se od původního odlišuje tím, že je automatizovaně aktualizovaný a sdílený všem relevantním osobám prostřednictvím služby Power BI. Nový report přináší uživatelům větší spokojenost a výrazně zlepšuje jejich každodenní pracovní procesy. Zhodnocení přínosů tohoto řešení naznačuje, že implementace BI řešení má pozitivní dopad na efektivitu a kvalitu rozhodování ve vybrané společnosti. |

| Abstract: | This thesis addresses the design and implementation of a Business Intelligence (BI) solution tailored for a company operating in the automotive industry, with a particular emphasis on data visualization in maps. The work introduces the client's business domain in the automotive industry, identifies specific challenges and client requirements, analyzes the current state, and subsequently proposes an effective solution, presenting its implementation. The methodologies employed are based mainly on the design and implementation procedures of data warehouses according to Ralph Kimball. The outcome of this work is a new report that distinguishes itself from the original by being automatically updated and shared with all relevant stakeholders through the Power BI service. The new report brings greater satisfaction to users and significantly improves their daily work processes. An evaluation of the benefits of this solution indicates that the implementation of the BI solution has a positive impact on the efficiency and quality of decision-making within the selected company. |
