| Abstract: | Diplomová práce "Globální daňové reformy a vliv na nadnárodní korporace" se zaměřuje na analýzu zahraničních aktivit vybraných bankovních institucí, s cílem zkoumat jejich snahu o snížení daňové povinnosti. První část se věnuje teoretickým aspektům, které souvisejí s daňovou optimalizací a reformami, jež jsou formovány nadnárodními společnostmi. Druhá část práce se zabývá zkoumáním změn efektivních daňových sazeb bank během sledovaného období a analyzuje množství příjmů generovaných v potenciálních daňových rájích ve srovnání s počtem zaměstnanců. V závěru jsou prezentované výsledky porovnány s dosavadními výzkumy na dané téma. |

| Abstract: | The thesis "Global tax reforms and their impact on multinational corporations" focuses on analyzing the foreign activities of selected banking institutions, aiming to examine their efforts to reduce tax obligations. The first part describes theoretical aspects related to tax optimization and reforms shaped by multinational corporations. The second part of the thesis investigates changes in the effective tax rates of banks during the observed period and analyzes the amount of income generated in potential tax havens in comparison to the number of employees. In conclusion, the results are compared with previous research on the subject. |
