| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je navrhnout zlepšení procesů projektového řízení uvnitř konkrétní organizace, aby odpovídaly principům PRINCE2. Teoretická část práce se zabývá základy projektového řízení v IT, popisuje jednotlivé fáze projektu a základní pojmy a definice projektového řízení. Teoreticky popisuje metody PRINCE2 a PRINCE2 Agile, ale také další tradiční a agilní metody a analyzuje jejich výhody a nevýhody. Praktická část práce je založena na analýze procesů interního projektového řízení. Procesy byly rozděleny na menší jednotky a následně porovnány s PRINCE2. Z výsledků porovnání byl vytvořen návrh na zlepšení procesů projektového řízení. Návrh byl následně otestován na konkrétním projektu. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to propose improvements to the project management processes within a specific organisation to conform to the principles of PRINCE2. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the basics of project management in IT, describes the different phases of the project and the basic concepts and definitions of project management. It theoretically describes the PRINCE2 and PRINCE2 Agile methods, as well as other traditional and agile methods and analyses their advantages and disadvantages. The practical part of the thesis is based on the analysis of internal project management processes. The processes were divided into smaller units and then compared with PRINCE2. From the results of the comparison a proposal for improving the project management processes was made. The proposal was then tested on a specific project. |
