| Abstract: | Rok po spuštění průlomové služby ChatGPT, která vnesla umělou inteligenci do povědomí široké veřejnosti a ukázala její obrovský potenciál, se tato technologie stala horkým tématem i v podnikové sféře. Mnoho firem se zajímá o využití umělé inteligence (AI) ve svých procesech a hledá možnosti, jak ji integrovat do své informační infrastruktury. Cílem této práce je komplexně analyzovat a shrnout faktory, které ovlivňují implementaci AI v podnikovém prostředí. K tomu byla provedena systematická literární rešerše literatury, která identifikovala klíčové faktory úspěchu i rizika implementace AI. Součástí práce byly také rozhovory se třemi zástupci českých softwarových firem, které byly použity k porozumění praktických aspektů implementace umělé inteligence v reálném světě. Výsledkem práce je soubor 15 faktorů, které ovlivňují implementaci AI, rozdělených do tří kategorií podle jejich zaměření: technologie, organizace a prostředí. |

| Abstract: | A year after the launch of the groundbreaking ChatGPT service, which brought artificial intelligence to the attention of the general public and showed its enormous potential, the technology has become a hot topic in the corporate sphere as well. Many companies are interested in the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in their processes and are looking for ways to integrate it into their information infrastructure. The aim of this work is to comprehensively analyze and summarize the factors that influence the implementation of AI in the corporate environment. For this, a systematic literature review was conducted, which identified key success factors as well as risks of AI implementation. The work also included interviews with three representatives of Czech software companies, which were used to understand the practical aspects of implementing artificial intelligence in the real world. The result of the work is a set of 15 factors that influence the implementation of AI, divided into three categories according to their focus: technology, organization and environment. |
