| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na návrh a implementaci dialogového systému, který umožní efektivní ovládání hlasové schránky. V práci je provedena rešerše dialogových systémů. Následuje přehled existujících hlasových schránek, kde je využita metoda komparace. Za pomoci dotazníkového šetření autor zjišťuje, proč se v České republice hlasové schránky příliš nevyužívají. Navrhuje možné řešení dialogového systému, pro jehož implementaci je vybrán Rasa framework. Implementovaný prototyp bota umožňuje uživateli zprávy z hlasové schránky číst, poslouchat a reagovat na ně. Vytvořený bot je testován metodou strukturovaného pozorování a jeho nedostatky jsou následně upraveny. Výsledkem práce je bot, který zlepšuje ovládání hlasové schránky. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor’s thesis focuses on the proposal and implementation of a dialogue system that will enable effective voicemail control. The work incorporates a research of dialog systems. Overview of existing voicemails follows, where method of comparison is used. With the help of a questionnaire survey, the author finds out why voicemail is not widely used in the Czech Republic. Possible solution of dialog system is proposed for whichs implementation is selected Rasa framework. The implemented bot prototype allows the user to read, listen to, and respond to voicemail messages. The created bot is tested using the method of structured observation and its shortcomings are subsequently adjusted. The result of the work is a bot that improves voicemail control. |
