| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá ženami ve vedení firem a jejich vlivem na inovace a produktivitu týmů. Cílem práce je zhodnotit a zanalyzovat existující nerovnosti v zastoupení mužů a žen a prozkoumání vlivu vyššího zastoupení žen na manažerských pozicích na inovace a produktivitu v týmech. První část diplomové práce je věnována analýze současného stavu, rozdílům v různých oborech i částech světa, bariérám bránícím v postupu na manažerské pozice a vlivu žen na inovace, produktivitu a spokojenost týmů na základě již existující literatury. Druhá část je potom věnována vlastnímu výzkumu prováděného pomocí hloubkových rozhovorů s manažerkami. |

| Abstract: | This thesis examines women in management and their impact on innovation and team productivity. The aim of the thesis is to assess and analyse the existing inequalities in gender representation and to investigate the impact of higher representation of women in management positions on innovation and productivity in teams. The first part of the thesis is devoted to an analysis of the current state of the art, the disparities in different industries and parts of the world, barriers to advancement to management positions and the impact of women on innovation, productivity and team satisfaction based on existing literature. The second part is then devoted to the actual research conducted through in-depth interviews with women managers. |
