| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá destinací cestovního ruchu Kanárské ostrovy. Hlavním cílem práce je zanalyzovat předpoklady Kanárských ostrovů pro rozvoj cestovního ruchu. Dále práce hodnotí postavení Kanárských ostrovů v rámci cestovního ruchu Španělska. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy cestovní ruch, destinace cestovního ruchu a předpoklady pro rozvoj cestovního ruchu. Praktická část je věnována analýze cestovního ruchu ve Španělsku, jeho řízení, statistickým výsledkům i jeho udržitelnosti. Stěžejní částí práce je analýza cestovního ruchu na Kanárských ostrovech, která zahrnuje obecnou charakteristiku, předpoklady pro rozvoj na jednotlivých ostrovech, statistické údaje o cestovním ruchu, a nakonec i zhodnocení postavení Kanárských ostrovů v cestovním ruchu Španělska. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the tourism destination Canary Islands. The main objective of the thesis is to analyse the prerequisites of the Canary Islands for the development of tourism. Furthermore, the thesis evaluates the position of the Canary Islands within the tourism industry of Spain. The theoretical part explains the concepts of tourism, tourism destinations and preconditions for tourism development. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of tourism in Spain, its management, statistical results and its sustainability. The main part of the thesis is the analysis of tourism in the Canary Islands, which includes general characteristics, prerequisites for development in each island, statistical data on tourism, and finally an evaluation of the position of the Canary Islands in the tourism sector of Spain. |
