| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku sociálního podnikání s důrazem na jeho financování. Teoretická část se věnuje charakteristice konceptu sociálního podnikání a vymezení sociálních podniků v kontextu Evropské unie. Dále identifikuje hrozby a výzvy, kterým sociální podniky v současné době čelí. Praktická část analyzuje dostupné finanční nástroje a opírá se o případovou studii dvou sociálních podniků, z nichž jeden na trhu stále působí, zatímco ten druhý svou činnost ukončil. Výsledky práce poskytují ucelený pohled na faktory úspěchu a neúspěchu sociálních podniků a nabízí doporučení pro jejich budoucí směřování. |

| Abstract: | This master thesis deals with the issue of social entrepreneurship, placing a particular emphasis on its financial aspects. The theoretical part focuses on the characteristics of the concept of social entrepreneurship and delineation of social enterprises in the context of the European Union. Furthermore, it identifies threats and challenges that social entrepreneurs are currently facing. The practical part analyzes available financial instruments. Subsequently, attention is paid to a case study of two social enterprises, one of which is still active on the market, while the other has ceased its operations. The thesis results provide a comprehensive view of the determinants of success and failure of social enterprises, along with recommendations for their future focus. |
