| Abstract: | Tématem diplomové práce je „Plýtvání potravinami v domácnostech". Cílem diplomové práce je na základě literární rešerše a vlastního výzkumu zjistit, jaká je míra plýtvání potravinami ve vybraných domácnostech. Výsledná data budou porovnána s existujícími údaji za ČR i Evropskou unii, bude určena vzájemná shoda a faktory, které ji ovlivnily. Následně budou navržena doporučení, která pomohou snížit potravinový odpad v domácnostech. Ke sběru dat bude využit kvantitativní a kvalitativní výzkum. Před začátkem výzkumu byly stanoveny výzkumné otázky, které budou následně po vyhodnocení výzkumů zodpovězeny. |

| Abstract: | The topic of the thesis is "Food waste in households". The aim of the thesis is to determine the level of food waste in selected households based on literature research and own research. The measured data will be compared with existing data for the Czech Republic and the European Union, mutual agreement will be determined and the factors that influenced it. Subsequently, recommendations will be proposed to help reduce food waste in households. Quantitative and qualitative research will be used to collect data. Research questions were established before the start of the research, which will be answered after the research. |
