| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem mé bakalářské práce je zjistit preference absolventů vysokých škol při výběru zaměstnaní během let 2011 – 2022, zdali preferují čeboly či nečeboly, a důvody tohoto rozhodnutí. Práce se tedy zaměřuje na tři odlišná témata: čebol, jihokorejský trh práce a jihokorejské školství. První kapitola je věnována podrobnému definovaní čebol, jejich vzniku, vlivu na ekonomické a politické dění či jejich SWOT analýze. V druhé kapitole pak přichází na řadu jihokorejský trh práce, kde je, kromě analýzy základních ukazatelů, také porovnání čebol a nečebol společností. V třetí kapitole pak dochází k podrobné analýze školství. Zde je zahrnuta podpora a význam čebol v jihokorejském školství. V poslední kapitole jsou všechna témata propojena a dozvídáme se celkové preference absolventů vysokých škol. |

| Abstract: | The main goal of my bachelor's thesis is to find out the preferences of university graduates when choosing employment during the years 2011 - 2022, whether they prefer chaebols or non-chaebols, and the reasons for this decision. The work therefore focuses on three different topics: chaebol, the South Korean labour market and South Korean education. The first chapter is devoted to a detailed definition of chaebols, their origin, influence on economic and political events or their SWOT analysis. In the second chapter, the South Korean labour market comes to the fore, where, in addition to the analysis of basic indicators, there is also a comparison of chaebol and non-chaebol companies. In the third chapter, there is a detailed analysis of education. The support and importance of chaebol in South Korean education is included in this chapter as well. In the last chapter, all topics are connected together and we learn about the overall preferences of university graduates. |
