| Abstract: | Předmětem bakalářské práce „Optimalizace řízení talentů a výkonnosti ve startupu s multikulturním prostředím“ je vytvoření SWOT analýzy a optimalizačních návrhů ve vybrané společnosti YORD s.r.o. V teoretické části je provedena literární rešerše zkoumající vztah mezi řízením talentů, výkonnosti a angažovaností zaměstnanců, vycházející ze studií zaměřených na dynamické prostředí startupových společností. Výstupem této práce je zhodnocení řízení talentů a výkonnosti ve společnosti YORD s.r.o. a navržení optimalizačních řešení v této oblasti, vedoucí ke zvýšení angažovanosti ve vybrané společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The Subject of the bachelor’s thesis „Optimization of Talent and Performance Management in a Multicultural Startup Environment is to create a SWOT analysis and propose optimization within the selected company, YORD s.r.o. The theoretical part includes a literature review examining the relationship between talent management, performance, and employee engagement, drawing insights from studies focusing on the dynamic environment of startup companies. The outcome of this thesis is an evaluation of talent and performance management in YORD s.r.o. and the proposal of optimization solutions in this area aimed at increasing employee engagement in the selected company. |
