Cílem této diplomové práce je podrobně analyzovat dopady implementace Evropských standardů pro podávání zpráv o udržitelnosti (ESRS) na procesy upisování rizik a investic a na obsah reportingu v pojišťovací skupině. Práce se zaměřuje na standard ESRS E1 (Změna klimatu) a průřezové standardy ESRS 1 (Obecné požadavky) a ESRS 2 (Obecné informace), s důrazem na environmentální aspekty. Práce stanovuje hypotézy týkající se krátkodobé administrativní zátěže a střednědobých a dlouhodobých přínosů ESRS. Výzkum kombinuje analýzu dokumentů a hloubkové rozhovory s odpovědnými zástupci, čímž se snaží zmapovat dopady ESRS na reporting a procesy v pojišťovací skupině. |

| Abstract: |
The aim of this thesis is to analyse in detail the impact of the implementation of the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) on the underwriting and investment processes and the reporting content in an insurance group. The thesis focusses on ESRS E1 (Climate Change) and the overarching standards ESRS 1 (General Requirements) and ESRS 2 (General Information), with an emphasis on environmental aspects. The thesis hypothesises about the short-term administrative burden and the medium- and long-term benefits of ESRS. The study combines document analysis and in-depth interviews with responsible representatives to assess the impact of ESRS on reporting and processes in an insurance group. |
