| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáním problematiky mezi založením cestovní kanceláře a cestovní agentury. Tato práce je zaměřena na analýzu odborných informací k tématu cestovního ruchu a vzniku podnikatelských subjektů. Následně by měla nastínit rozdíly mezi zahájením podnikání na základě živnostenského oprávnění fyzických osob a založením obchodní korporace tzn. právnických osob. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části – teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou prostřednictvím odborné literatury a příslušných zákonů vysvětleny základní pojmy spojené s cestovním ruchem, objasněn rozdíl mezi fyzickou a právnickou osobou včetně dalších podmínek spojených se založením cestovní kanceláře a cestovní agentury. Praktická část představuje Cestovní agenturu Machová a Cestovní kancelář Around s.r.o., na kterých jsou popsány jednotlivé etapy, jež musí zakladatelé učinit pro založení a vznik svých firem či společností, jak po právní stránce, tak i daňové či pojišťovací. Praktická část je doplněna o výtažky z rozhovorů, které by měly pro zajímavost doplnit například porovnání v založení cestovní kanceláře před rokem 1999 a současnou dobou. Dále je řešen vliv pojištění pro případ úpadku cestovní kanceláře a výše příspěvku do garančního fondu. V závěru práce jsou výsledky zhodnoceny a zanalyzovány. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the comparison between the establishment of a travel agency and a travel agent. This thesis focuses on the analysis of professional information on the topic of tourism and the establishment of business entities. Subsequently, it should outline the differences between starting a business on the basis of a trade license of natural persons and the establishment of a business corporation, i.e. legal entities. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts related to tourism, the difference between a natural person and a legal entity, including other conditions related to the establishment of a travel agency and a travel agent. The practical part introduces the Travel Agent Machová and Travel Agency Around Ltd., describing the different stages that founders must take to establish and create their companies or companies, both legally and in terms of tax or insurance. The practical part is supplemented by extracts from interviews, which should add interest to, for example, a comparison in the establishment of a travel agency before 1999 and now. Furthermore, the impact of insurance in case of bankruptcy of the travel agency and the amount of the contribution to the guarantee fund are discussed. The thesis concludes with an evaluation and analysis of the results. |
