| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce tedy bude navrhnout optimální strategii expanze pro český start-up jakožto výrobce inovativní zdravotnické pomůcky určené pro pacienty na německý trh. Práce je rozdělena do 4 hlavních kapitol, přičemž je v rámci první kapitoly zasazena do teoretického kontextu internacionalizace a zkoumá způsob vstupu start-upu zdravotnické pomůcky na trh. Další kapitoly se zaměřují na primární a sekundární výzkum trhu, na jejichž základě je navrhnuta strategie. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to propose an optimal expansion strategy for a Czech start-up as a manufacturer of an innovative medical device for patients on the German market. The thesis is divided into 4 main chapters, with the first chapter setting the theoretical context of internationalisation and examining how a medical device start-up enters the market. The next chapters focus on primary and secondary market research, on the basis of which a strategy is proposed. |
