| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na komparaci právních aspektů spojených se zakládáním realitních kanceláří v Monackém knížectví a v České republice. Hlavním cílem této práce je analyzovat, zda je z finančního hlediska výhodnější založit realitní kancelář v Monaku nebo v České republice. K dosažení tohoto cíle se práce zabývá i dalšími klíčovými faktory, jako jsou relevantní dostupné zdroje informací, finanční a administrativní náročnost procesu a vliv daňového systému na motivaci pro založení realitní kanceláře. Analýza právních předpisů, následná syntéza a komparace nalezených poznatků jsou klíčové metody k dosažení stanoveného cíle. Tato práce si klade za úkol nejen poskytnout čtenáři komplexní pohled na problematiku založení realitní kanceláře, ale i porozumění realitnímu trhu. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis is focused on the comparison of legal aspects related to the establishment of real estate brokerages in the Principality of Monaco and the Czech Republic. The main objective of the thesis is to analyse whether it is more financially advantageous to establish a real estate brokerage in Monaco or in the Czech Republic. In order to aim this objective, the thesis also examines other key factors such as the relevance of available sources of information, the financial and administrative complexity of the process and the impact of the tax system on the motivation to set up a real estate brokerage in selected countries. Among the key methods to aim the stated objective are the analysis of the legislation, the subsequent synthesis and comparison of the findings. The aim of this thesis is to provide the reader a comprehensive view of not only the issue of setting up a real estate brokerage, but also an understanding of the real estate market. |
