| Abstract: | Diplomová práce s názvem " Limitace náhrady škody v odpovědnosti silničního nákladního dopravce" se zaměřuje na problematiku odpovědnosti dopravce v mezinárodní i vnitrostátní silniční nákladní přepravě. Hlavním cílem práce je vymezit pojem odpovědnosti dopravce, dále rozbor ustanovení článků 24, 26 a 29 Úmluvy CMR, které se týkají prolomení limitu odpovědnosti. Práce se také věnuje formulaci pojmů, jejíž interpretace v praxi působí problémy a s tím spojenou pojistitelnost odpovědnosti silničního nákladního dopravce. Práce nejprve rozebírá odpovědnost dopravce dle Úmluvy CMR, následně se zaměřuje na odpovědností limit dopravce a články 24, 26 a 29. V poslední části se práce věnuje pojištění odpovědnosti dopravce a pojistitelnosti ustanoveních 24 a 26 Úmluvy. Analýza pojistitelnosti těchto ustanovení probíhá srovnáním informací poskytnutých od vybraných pojišťoven. Na závěr jsou uvedeny výsledky srovnání pojištění odpovědnosti a závěry které z toho vyplývají. |

| Abstract: | The thesis entitled "Limitation of Damages in the Liability of Road Freight Carriers" focuses on the liability of carriers in international and domestic road freight transport. The main objective of the thesis is to define the concept of the carrier's liability and analyze the provisions of Articles 24, 26, and 29 of the CMR Convention concerning the breaking of the liability limit. The thesis also examines the formulation of the terms, the interpretation of which causes problems in practice, and the related insurability of the liability of the road freight carrier. The thesis first discusses the carrier's liability under the CMR Convention, then focuses on the carrier's limit of liability and Articles 24, 26, and 29. The insurability of these provisions is analyzed by comparing information provided by selected insurance companies. Finally, the results of the comparison of liability insurance and the conclusions drawn from it are presented. |
