| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je zmapovat prostředí vybraných nestátních neziskových organizací se zaměřením na práci se zaměstnanci a dobrovolníky. Práce dále poukazuje na pohled zaměstnanců a dobrovolníků, a to konkrétně na jejich motivaci a též přínos, který jim dobrovolnictví či práce v neziskovém sektoru poskytuje. Teoretická část představuje základní teoretické pojmy pojící se s problematikou, jako jsou neziskové organizace, dobrovolnictví či personální procesy, konkrétně tedy nábor, výběr, adaptace a motivace. Následuje část metodologická představující metody, které jsou při práci použity, konkrétně se jedná o polostrukturované rozhovory se zástupci neziskových organizací mající na starosti HR procesy a zaměstnanci a dobrovolníky neziskových organizací. K analýze dat je použita tematická analýza a otevřené a axiální kódování. V rámci praktické části jsou získaná data analyzována a následně jsou představeny výsledky. Práce poskytuje komplexnější vhled do personálních procesů vybraných nestátních neziskových organizací a zároveň poukazuje na motivaci zaměstnanců a dobrovolníků pracovat v neziskovém sektoru. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyse the non-profit organization landscape operating in various fields with a focus on work with employees and volunteers. It also highlights the perspective of employees and volunteers, specifically their motivation and also the benefits that volunteering or working in the non-profit sector provides them. The theoretical part introduces the basic theoretical concepts related to issues such as non-profit organizations, volunteering or HR processes, namely recruitment, selection, adaptation and motivation. This is followed by the methodological part, which presents the methods used in the thesis, namely semi-structured interviews with representatives of non-profit organizations in charge of HR processes and employees and volunteers of non-profit organizations. Thematic analysis and a priori coding and axial coding are used for data analysis. In the practical part, the collected data are analysed and then the results are presented. The thesis provides a more comprehensive insight into the HR processes of the selected non-profit organizations and motivation of employees and volunteers to work in non-profit sector. |
