| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou vývoje penzijního systému v Mexiku od roku 1955 po současnost. Hlavním cílem práce je analýza jednotlivých reforem a zhodnocení přechodu zPAYG systému na systém individuálních účtů (FF DC). Teoretická část definuje základní teoretická východiska penzijních systémů. Dále komparuje základní modely penzijních systémů. Praktická část se zaměřuje na deskripci současného penzijního systému v Mexiku a analýzu jednotlivých reforem s důrazem na systémovou reformu v roce 1997, zapříčiněnou převážně špatným financováním IMSS. Následně se věnuje komparaci penzí dvou průměrně vydělávajících účastníků penzijního systému, kde první účastník zůstal v PAYG systému a druhý účastník si zvolil penzi podle nového systému individuálních účtů. Z výpočtů vyplývá, že vyšší měsíční penze je v původním PAYG systému. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis analyses the evolution of the pension system in Mexico from 1955 to the present. The main objective of the thesis is to analyse the individual reforms and to evaluate the transition from the PAYG system to the system of individual accounts (FF DC). The theoretical part defines theoretical basis of pension systems. It also compares the basic models of pension systems. The practical part focuses on the description of the current pension system in Mexico and the analysis of individual reforms with an emphasis on the systemic reform in 1997, caused mainly by the poor financing of the IMSS. It then compares the pensions of two average earners in a pension system where the first participant has remained in the PAYG system and the second participant has opted for a pension under the new individual account system. The calculations show that the higher monthly pension is in the original PAYG system. |
