| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu vlivu současných demografických změn na německý trh práce. Stárnutí populace a migrace mají významný dopad na zaměstnanost, ekonomický růst a veřejné finance a jsou zásadními pro pochopení a řešení problémů spojených s nedostatkem pracovní síly. Práce se zabývá vztahem mezi demografickým vývojem a trhem práce, poskytuje podrobný pohled na německou ekonomiku a soustředí se na identifikaci a zkoumání hlavních demografických výzev, kterým Německo čelí. Provedená analýza ukazuje, že stárnutí populace a nedostatek pracovních sil patří mezi hlavní problémy německého trhu práce. Pro řešení těchto výzev se Německo snaží implementovat politiky, jako je iniciativa Práce 4.0 a podpora integrace migrantů. Vzhledem k rychlým demografickým a technologickým změnám je nezbytné přijmout inovativní strategie pro udržení ekonomické konkurenceschopnosti a stability Německa ve světovém kontextu. To zahrnuje investice do vzdělávání, technologií a strategií adaptace pracovní síly na nové požadavky trhu. Tyto změny směřují k transformaci pracovního prostředí, které se stává stále více technologicky orientovaným a flexibilním. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of the impact of the current demographic changes on the German labour market. Population ageing and migration have a significant impact on employment, economic growth and public finances and are essential for understanding and solving problems related to labour shortages. The thesis examines the relationship between demographic development and the labour market, provides a detailed view of the German economy and focuses on identifying and examining the main demographic challenges facing Germany. The analysis carried out shows that population ageing and labour shortages are among the main problems of the German labour market. To address these challenges, Germany is trying to implement policies such as the Work 4.0 initiative and promoting the integration of migrants. Given the rapid demographic and technological changes, it is necessary to adopt innovative strategies to maintain Germany's economic competitiveness and stability in the world context. This includes investments in education, technology and strategies to adapt the workforce to the new demands of the market. These changes are aimed at transforming the working environment, which is becoming increasingly technologically oriented and flexible. |
