| Abstract: |
Cílem této práce je vytvoření strategické analýzy společnosti Imperial Brands CR s.r.o. Práce se skládá z analýzy vnějšího okolí, analýzy vnitřních zdrojů podniku. Výsledky jednotlivých analýz jsou na konci sumarizovány za pomoci matice SWOT a analýzy rizik. K analýze vnějšího okolí byla použita metoda PESTLE a pro analýzu mikrookolí sloužil Porterův model pěti sil. V analýze vnitřních zdrojů byla nejprve použit model VRIO a následně byla také vytvořena finanční analýza. Na základě všech poznatků byla vytvořena strategická doporučení. V teoretické části byly všechny použité metody popsány. |

| Abstract: |
The aim of this work is to create a strategic analysis of Imperial Brands CR s.r.o. The thesis consists of an analysis of the external environment and an analysis of the company's internal resources. The result of individual analyzes are summarized at the end with the help of a SWOT matrix and risk analysis. The PESTLE method was used to analyze the external environment, and Porter's five forces model was used to analyze the microenvironment. In the Internal Resource Analysis, the VRIO model was first used, and a financial analysis was also created. Based on the findings, strategic recommendations were made. In the theoretical part, all used methods were described. |
