Abstract:
In the contemporary era marked by rapid technological advancements, the infusion of artificial intelligence (AI) into diverse business realms has emerged as a transformative influence, reconfiguring conventional approaches and strategies. This paradigm shift is notably evident in talent acquisition within human resource management (HRM), where AI is reshaping practices. This study focuses on the integration of AI in talent acquisition strategies within the Big Four companies in Azerbaijan—Deloitte, PwC, EY, and KPMG. The research investigates how AI technologies augment the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment processes, unveiling key success factors and challenges in their implementation. Employing a qualitative research methodology, structured interviews serve as the primary data collection method, ensuring a nuanced exploration of the experiences, attitudes, and challenges associated with AI adoption in talent acquisition.
