| Abstract: | Diplomová práce na téma "Založení a provoz úspěšných únikových her" analyzuje motivace a postupy při podnikání v oblasti únikových her v České republice. Skrze polostrukturované rozhovory s majiteli úspěšných únikových her odhaluje jejich cestu k podnikání, získávání herních prostor a řešení výzev v průběhu podnikání. Zaměřuje se také na aspekty expanze, financování, práce s brigádníky a komunikaci s klienty. Práce přináší strukturované teoretické poznatky vhodné pro začínající podnikatele, zahrnující formální a zákonné požadavky na podnikání. Představuje koncepty SWOT analýzy a business modelu Canvas, aplikované na praktické rozhovory. Výsledkem je komplexní pohled na podnikání v odvětví únikových her, sloužící jako inspirace pro budoucí podnikatele a analytiky tohoto specifického trhu. |

| Abstract: | The thesis on " Establishing and Operating Successful Escape Games" analyses the motivations and practices in the escape game business in the Czech Republic. Through semi-structured interviews with owners of successful escape games, it reveals their journey to entrepreneurship, acquiring gaming spaces and dealing with challenges during business. It also focuses on aspects of expansion, financing, working with temps and communicating with clients. The work provides a structured theoretical background suitable for aspiring entrepreneurs, covering the formal and legal requirements of entrepreneurship. It introduces the concepts of SWOT analysis and the Canvas business model, applied to practical interviews. The result is a comprehensive view of the escape gaming business, serving as inspiration for future entrepreneurs and analysts in this specific market. |
