| Abstract: | Diplomová práce zkoumá postavení žen s malými dětmi na českém trhu práce. Hlavním cílem práce, a zároveň jejím přínosem, je návrh opatření na zlepšení postavení žen s malými dětmi na českém pracovním trhu, a to směrem k vládě a zaměstnavatelům. Prvním dílčím cílem práce je, shrnutí hlavních teoretických východisek. Druhým dílčím cílem práce je zmapování postavení žen s malými dětmi na českém trhu práce. V teoretické části je shrnuta problematika právního rámce flexibilních forem zaměstnávání, problematika work-life balance jako nástroje harmonizace pracovního a rodinného života. Ke konci teoretické části je uvedeno několik příkladů dobré praxe pro kontext komparace jednotlivých firem. Poznatky teoretické části, po uzpůsobení jejich výstupů, jsou ve výzkumné části využity pro sestavení dotazníku. Empirická data výsledků dotazníku jsou na základě analýzy využita pro interpretaci a následnou implementaci do návrhu opatření na zlepšení postavení žen s malými dětmi na českém pracovním trhu, a to směrem k vládě a zaměstnavatelům. |

| Abstract: | The thesis examines the position of women with young children in the Czech labor market. The main objective of the thesis, and at the same time its contribution, is to propose measures to improve the position of women with young children in the Czech labor market, directed towards the government and employers. The first partial goal of the thesis is to summarize the main theoretical foundations. The second partial goal of the thesis is to map the position of women with young children in the Czech labor market. The theoretical part summarizes the issues of the legal framework of flexible forms of employment and the issue of work-life balance as a tool for harmonizing work and family life. Towards the end of the theoretical part, several examples of best practices are provided for the context of comparing individual companies. After adapting their outputs, the theoretical part's findings are used in the research section to create a questionnaire. The empirical data from the questionnaire results are used for interpretation and subsequent implementation in the proposal of measures to improve the position of women with young children in the Czech labor market, directed toward the government and employers. |
