| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je analýza vlivu pracovních podmínek na duševní zdraví pracovníků v českém filmovém průmyslu. V kontextu tohoto odvětví, charakterizovaného vysokým pracovním tlakem, finanční nejistotou a dlouhými pracovními směnami, diplomová práce poskytuje detailní pohled na současnou situaci a identifikuje klíčové faktory ovlivňující duševní zdraví pracovníků. Zahrnuje výklad základní psychologické terminologie, faktorů ovlivňujících duševní zdraví v práci, charakteristiku pracovního prostředí ve filmovém průmyslu a analýzu britské studie Looking Glass, ze které vychází výzkumná část této práce. Výsledky poukazují na široce rozšířené problémy s duševním zdravím a špatné nastavení pracovních podmínek. Součástí práce jsou rovněž návrhy podpůrných opatření pro zlepšení aktuální situace. Práce poskytuje podklad pro další výzkum v této oblasti a otevírá důležitou diskuzi o duševním zdraví a pracovních podmínkách v českém filmovém průmyslu. |

| Abstract: | The thesis aims to analyse the impact of working conditions on workers' mental health in the Czech film industry. In the context of this industry, which is characterised by high work pressure, financial insecurity, and long shifts, this thesis provides a detailed overview of the current situation. It identifies key factors affecting the mental health of workers. It includes an explanation of basic psychological terminology, factors affecting mental health at work, a description of the working environment in the film industry, and an analysis of the UK Looking Glass study on which the research part of this thesis is based. The findings indicate widespread mental health problems and poor working conditions. The thesis also suggests supportive measures to improve the current situation, provides a basis for further research and opens an important discussion on mental health and working conditions in the Czech film industry. |
