| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje podpoře duševního zdraví na pracovišti a vlivu pracoviště na zaměstnance. Práce reaguje na nedostačenou podporu duševního zdraví organizacemi. Cílem práce je zjištění situace podpory duševního zdraví a celkového blaha zaměstnanců v kancelářích. Výstupem práce jsou mimo jiné také doporučení pro personalisty a organizace ohledně aplikace programů podpory a komunikace, doporučuje interiérová opatření v kancelářích za účelem zlepšení blaha zaměstnanců. Pro získání těchto doporučení byl proveden kvalitativní výzkum ve spolupráci s respondenty z řad personálních pracovníků malých, středních a velkých českých firem. Výsledky zkoumání byly porovnány s mezinárodními studiemi lidských zdrojů. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis is devoted to the promotion of mental health in the workplace and the influence of the workplace on employees. The work responds to the lack of mental health support by organisations. The aim of the work is to determine the situation of mental health support and the overall well-being of employees in offices. The output of the work includes recommendations for HR professionals and organizations regarding the application of support and communication programs, recommends interior measures in offices to improve the well-being of employees. To obtain these recommendations, qualitative research was conducted in cooperation with respondents from the HR staff of small, medium and large Czech companies. The results of the investigation were compared with international studies of human resources. |
