| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je poskytnout komplexní přehled o zaměstnaneckých akciích v českém prostředí a porovnat tuto situaci s vybranými zeměmi Evropské unie. Teoretická část pokrývá charakteristiku obchodních společností se zaměřením na akciovou společnost a její specifické vlastnosti. Hlavní důraz práce je kladen na koncept zaměstnaneckých akcií, včetně jejich zařazení, historie, současného stavu v České republice a vybraných zemích Evropské unie. Praktická část se věnuje analýze měřitelných faktorů a případů států s různými úrovněmi modelu zaměstnaneckých akcií. Získané informace jsou porovnány se záměrem identifikovat klíčové faktory ovlivňující úspěšnost modelu ESOP v uvedených zemí. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to provide a comprehensive overview of employee shares in the Czech environment and to compare this situation with selected countries of the European Union. The theoretical part covers the characteristics of business companies with a focus on the joint-stock company and its specific characteristics. The main emphasis of the thesis is on the concept of employee shares, including their classification, history, current status in the Czech Republic and selected countries of the European Union. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of measurable factors and cases of states with different levels of the employee share model. The obtained information is compared in order to identify the key factors influencing the success of the ESOP model in the mentioned countries. |
