| Abstract: | Předmětem této práce je komparace penzijních systémů České republiky a Maďarska v letech 2009 až 2022 se zaměřením na starobní důchody. V teoretické části jsou zkoumány typy financování důchodových systémů, teoretický vývoj penzijních systémů v daném období a shrnutí nejdůležitějších milníků, a to včetně nezbytného historického kontextu. Praktická část je zaměřena hledání podobností i rozdílů ve zdánlivě podobných systémech, na demografický vývoj obou zemí a na analýzu výdajů států na důchody spolu s mezinárodním srovnáním s průměrem zemí OECD. Práce dochází k závěru, že vzhledem k nepříznivému demografickému vývoji není ani jeden ze systémů do budoucna udržitelný. |

| Abstract: | The subject of this bachelor thesis is a comparison of pension systems in Czech Republic and Hungary in the years from 2009 till 2022 while focusing on retirement pension, pension financing in general, theoretical evolution of both systems in this period and summarization of the most important milestones including a necessary historical context. The practical part is focused on exploring similarities and differences in seemingly similar systems, demographic trends in both countries, and the analysis of state expenditures on pensions, along with international comparisons with the OECD country average. The work concludes that, given the unfavorable demographic trends, neither of the systems is sustainable in the future. |
