| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá zaměstnanost studentů denního studia na Vysoké škole ekonomické v Praze. První teoretická část se zaměřuje na aspekty studentského života a finančních hledisek studia, představuje studenty na pracovním trhu, diskutuje možnosti pracovních možností a věnuje se daňové problematice. V praktické části byl proveden výzkum metodou dotazníku. Jeho cílem bylo získání informací od studentů týkající se jejich zaměstnanosti, času věnovaného studiu a práci, důvodů, proč se rozhodli pracovat, a také informací o jejich původu a fázi studia. Z analýzy vyplynulo, že počet pracujících studentů je výrazně vyšší než počet těch, kteří nepracují, a že pracující studenti věnují studiu podstatně méně času. Nejvíce studentů pracuje v 7. až 8. semestru, přičemž hlavním důvodem je zlepšení finanční situace. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis examines the employment of full-time students at the University of Economics in Prague. The first theoretical part focuses on aspects of student life and financial aspects of studying, introduces students on the labour market, discusses the possibilities of job opportunities and addresses tax issues. In the practical part, research was carried out using the questionnaire method. Its aim was to obtain information from students regarding their employment status, the time spent studying and working, the reasons why they chose to work, and information about their background and stage of study. The analysis showed that the number of working students is significantly higher than the number of non- working students and that working students spend significantly less time studying. Most students work in semesters 7 to 8, with the main reason being to improve their financial situation. |
