| Abstract: | Práce si klade za cíl analyzovat nerovnosti mužů a žen na trhu práce mezi lety 2010-2022. Trh práce žen se v mnoha ohledech od trhu práce mužů liší, především na nich dochází k rozdílné míře nezaměstnanosti a rozdílům ve výdělcích, což ovlivňuje ekonomické postavení jedinců. Rozdíly mezi muži a ženami se na trhu práce v ČR projevují výrazněji, než je tomu průměrně v EU. Přestože zaznamenal český trh práce od roku 2010 v tomto ohledu zlepšení, průměrně je na tom EU ve všech zkoumaných oblastech lépe. Dalším cílem je analýza dopadů délky rodičovské dovolené na trh práce. Ženy se často dostávají do konfliktu dvou zásadních rolí, kterými jsou role ženy jako matky a ženy účastnící se konkurenčního trhu práce. Z regresní analýzy vyplývá, že délka strávena mimo pracovní trh je z části určujícím faktorem mzdových nerovností ve věkové kategorii 35-44 let, současně nemá zásadní vliv na participaci matek s dítětem na trhu práce a neovlivňuje formování flexibility na trhu práce. |

| Abstract: | The study's objective is to analyse gender inequalities in the labour market between 2010 and 2022. The labour market for women differs from that of men in many aspects, especially in terms of unemployment rates and earnings differences, affecting the economic status of individuals. The gender gap in the Czech labour market is significantly more pronounced than the EU average. Although the Czech labour market has improved since 2010, the EU average remains affluent in all areas examined. The next aim is to analyse the impact of the length of parental leave on the labour market. Women often find themselves in conflict between two key roles: women as mothers and women competing in a labour market. The regression analysis shows that the length of time spent out of the labour market is partly a determinant of wage inequalities in the 35-44 age group. At the same time, it does not have a significant impact on the labour market participation of mothers with a child and does not affect the shaping of labour market flexibility. |
