| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá strategií a ekonomikou geotermální energetiky v podmínkách České republiky, konkrétně se zaměřením na hlubinnou geotermální elektrárnu. Tento typ elektrárny nebyl doposud v České republice postaven. Jejím cílem je posoudit vhodnost a návratnost takové investice s ohledem na aktuální energetickou strategii Evropské unie a České republiky. Pro zhodnocení investice jsou použity dynamické finanční ukazatele. V práci je zvažována hypotéza, že doba návratnosti investice je v aktuálních podmínkách do 10 let. Výstupy práce jsou využitelné přímo samotnou firmou Entergeo, SE, která má zájem geotermální elektrárnu postavit, a zároveň pro další firmy i veřejné subjekty, při úvahách o investicích do tohoto typu energetického zdroje. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the strategy and economics of geothermal energy in the conditions of the Czech Republic, specifically focusing on the deep geothermal power plant. This type of power plant has not yet been built in the Czech Republic. Its goal is to assess the suitability and return of such an investment with regard to the current energy strategy of the European Union and the Czech Republic. Dynamic financial indicators are used to evaluate the investment. The thesis considers the hypothesis that the investment payback period is up to 10 years in current conditions. The outputs of the work can be used directly by the company Entergeo, SE, which is interested in building a geothermal power plant, and at the same time by other companies and public entities, when considering investments in this type of energy source. |
